How to submit a request
- Email us from the address used for Vozie.
- Tell us whether you signed in with Apple, Google, or another method.
- State whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific recordings or sessions.
- Complete any reasonable identity-verification step so we do not delete the wrong person’s data.
We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. We will contact you if applicable law permits or requires additional time.
What we delete
For a full account request, we delete or de-identify the account profile, Apple or Google identifiers stored by Vozie, raw voice and video recordings, transcripts, exercise responses, personalized feedback, progress, and account-linked speech analysis under our control.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution. Encrypted backups may persist until they rotate out under normal backup schedules.
No AI model training
Vozie does not use your content or personal data to train or fine-tune any AI models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so. This includes recordings, transcripts, exercise responses, and derived data, even when de-identified. We do not retain this data for AI model training.
Apple and Google access
You can also revoke Vozie’s access in your Apple or Google account settings. Revocation stops future authentication access but does not itself delete your Vozie data, so submit the request above as well.
