Accepting these terms
By creating an account, downloading an app, or using Vozie, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires parental permission for a teenager to use Vozie, a parent or guardian must provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it.
Using Vozie
Vozie is for lawful public-speaking, communication, improvisation, and presentation practice. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate someone, or use recordings to harass or exploit another person.
Your recordings and content
You keep ownership of voice, video, text, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to record and upload everyone included in that content.
You give Vozie a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, analyze, transcribe, and create feedback and other derived data from your content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including your speaking exercises, feedback, and progress.
Vozie does not use your content or personal data to train or fine-tune any AI models, and we do not permit our service providers to do so. This includes recordings, transcripts, exercise responses, and derived data, even when de-identified.
AI feedback
Vozie uses Vercel, Supabase, and OpenAI to support hosting, storage, and AI speech analysis. The Privacy Policy explains what data each provider receives and why.
Scores, transcripts, suggestions, and coaching may be generated by automated systems and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Vozie is a practice tool, not a substitute for a speech-language pathologist, therapist, doctor, lawyer, employer, educator, or emergency service. You remain responsible for how you use the feedback.
Subscriptions and purchases
If Vozie offers paid features, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by the store’s billing and refund rules.
Our service and intellectual property
Vozie and its software, design, exercises, branding, and generated product materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Vozie technology or branding.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vozie at any time and request account deletion. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other people or the service, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vozie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vozie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to andriy@artlylabs.com.
